As we continue our journey in advent - in preparation for what is birthing - greater awareness of our Christ consciousness - it is a time of celebration and joy. Joy is the fulfillment within our soul as we follow the Light of God that leads us through and to a Divine plan for Highest Good for All.
This Sunday before Christmas is especially potent with potential as it will be my last Sunday with all of you as Founding Minister at Unity of Divine Love. Christmas Eve will be my last service with you as we journey into our next experience of who we are as Christ Consciousness ever called to greater awareness and awakening.
We are being birthed into our new awareness of our Divine calling and a new reality, just as we remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus as a gift of Christ Consciousness awareness. We are called to own this birth as our own birth of awakened consciousness at ever more profound levels. Let the beauty of this Christmas story remind us of the joy as angels sang, "Glory to God in the Highest and on earth peace to all." (paraphrased Luke 2:14)
As we experience the many deep feelings of gratitude for the road we have traveled together, we also know deep joy for the Divine inspiration that brought us together in Divine Love and continues to fulfill its Divine plan for awakened consciousness and good. Let our joy be complete in knowing one another, serving one another and continuing our journey ever grateful and rejoicing for the reunion of Oneness and Spirit that we have experienced together these past eleven years. Our Oneness is eternal!
Our individual and collective journeys continue together, though on different roads for a while, as we unfold the Christ life we are called to live. May our Oneness and God's grace fill us with joy now and always as we honor the gift of JOY this Sunday and each day of our journey.
We'll laugh and cry together this Sunday as we celebrate God's joyous Spirit and all the ways we are blessed to experience it.
"For you shall go out in joy, and be led back in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall burst into song, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands." - Isaiah 55:12
Prayer:
Precious God of our undestanding, We know your joy is a living Presence in us and all of life as we live in You. We feel Your joy in our gratitude and recognition of You as all health, wholeness, peace, prosperity, and loving relationship in our lives and our world. We open to Your joy and willingly give birth to the Christ Consciousness that knows only You and Your fulfillment of good for all. Thank you, God. We are grateful and filled with joy. Amen and Aaah, Yes!
