Thank you, God, for my friends.
My life is enriched by the companionship of my friends and by reaching out in friendship to others.
Holding my friends in prayer today, I behold each one as a child of God--whole, happy, prosperous and filled with the joy of living. I am grateful that we share our lives with one another through the happy times and the challenges.
I consider new ways to show support for my friends--perhaps a surprise invitation to lunch, a phone call just to say, "I'm thinking of you today," or an offer to help with a project. It is my intention to reach out to each of my friends, because I find joy in giving them my time, my attention and my love.
