Message from Judy Hildebrand, Minister In Residence
As we continue to manifest our prosperity consciousness of wealth this summer we invite everyone to commit to prayer each day at 9 AM, NOON, and 6 PM. As Unity first evolved, there were a group of people who committed to praying at the same time each day. That consciousness is still within the worldwide Unity community and we are grateful for the reminder of this during MGM’s challenge for our community last Sunday. We continue to know that God is our source at Unity of Divine Love and we are grateful for all who are stepping up through commitments, tithing, additional contributions, sharing of divine ideas, and continued prayer. As we explore the divine ideas which are being shared we will be looking for congregants who would like to champion those ideas. Consider, prayerfully, if you would be willing to serve on a committee which would support our affirmative prosperity. Please leave your name and contact information with Linda, in the office, if you would be interested in sharing your talents in an effort to bring our prosperity to fruition.
As a reminder of MGM’s challenge we must do the following:
1. Know what we want.
2. Believe we can have it.
3. Take action.
4. Express gratitude and praise in all of our actions, thoughts, and words.

This Sunday as we continue with the July theme of Spirituality and Media we will be looking at the media of music. We know one of the reasons, Jesus stood out above the other mystics and healers of his era, was because he planted seeds of consciousness that were way before his time. He spoke of doing things that were not the norm for the communities in which he traveled, but would benefit humanity and would create a change in race consciousness. He created the possibility of hope. Jesus taught that we are all one and each and every person has the capability to do anything he did and more. We each have the same divinity within us that Jesus out pictured. He crossed all lines of segregation.
When we explore music of the past 50 years there is a group that replanted many of the same seeds of consciousness as Jesus. It was a group that changed music during an era of industrialization, cold war, and increasing tensions with separation. This group brought the world together with their music. We invite you to join us for Sunday’s Celebration wearing your tie dyed tops, reconnecting with your understanding of hippie peace and love, and with a willingness to discuss with others as we go on a “Magical Mystery Tour.” First stop: Jesus and the Beatles.
Prayer:
Sweet, Sweet Spirit, We tune into the vibrational energy of love, light, and wisdom. We experience an abundance of all the good our hearts desire. We are open and receptive to divine ideas which will support us individually and communally as we access all that the universe holds for us. We know God is our source in our personal as well as in our spiritual community. We know it, we feel it, we vibrate with it, and we trust it. All of our needs and desires are abundantly fulfilled. We are in gratitude, joy, and peace as we give thanks for answered prayers. And so it is. Aaaah, Yes!!!
