Whether we believe we have artistic "talent" or not, we are all Artists and our lives are our canvas, instrument, or page. Painter or engineer, student or poet, the metaphor applies:
Are we just throwing color on the canvas of life with no thought of whether it will stick or what kind of mess we will leave after we're done?
Are we at least paying attention to where the paint lands, how the colors blend, minimizing the mess..and NOTICING if we're enjoying the creative process?
OR
Are we approaching our creation with a sense of focus, a plan for the design, and a steady hand ready to be guided by a Higher Impulse to create a life of Beauty that will serve the upliftment of humanity?
It's all art...but its NOT all Beauty.
